Robert Hoke's StoryGreetings To All Readers: I had a friend make this website for me, because I could not do it myself. Initially I was in the County Jail on probation violation and since have been reinstated on probation. However, I am unable to access any computer or the internet and have to rely on my friend to do these things for me. The following is my story. I have been fighting for my life and honor now for 16 long years at the time of this writing and updated posting. If those in the court system (at all levels) would have played fairly and honestly (i.e., according to their own laws) I would have never been convicted in the first place. But they just do not play fair nor even abide by their own laws. It took me 16 years to finally figure out how the courts of today operate and how they acquire subject matter of the offense jurisdiction and also in personam jurisdiction . From the very get go "we the people" are fraudulently brought within the supposed lawful jurisdiction of the court[s] of this state as well as of the United States. It's a very long and evil story and I will someday reveal all their secrets in a book, but suffice it to say here that "we the people" have a very corrupt and defacto state and federal government and it is especially defacto at the court level. For those that don't know what "defacto" or "defacto government" means, please look it up in any law dictionary or on the internet. One of the primary problems in our judicial system here in Arizona and throughout the entire United States is the fact that lawyers and lawyer-judges do not answer to the people nor to the government of the people, in that, any complaint lodged against any lawyer or lawyer-judge is made to a private corporate entity known as the "Bar Association", whether it be a local city, county, or state Bar Association, and even the American Bar Association. The complaints are judged by their fellow Bar member associations. I equate this to the fox and the chickens, in that, picture a chicken catching a fox eating another chicken and the chicken taking the caught fox before a group of the fox's fellow foxes with the complaint that the one fox was caught eating chickens. The group of foxes tell the complaining chicken to not worry, that they'd deal with the fox that was caught and then send the complaining chicken away. After the chicken leaves, the group of foxes give out roaring laughter and ask the caught fox "well brother fox, was the chicken good eating"? The moral is, that all foxes (i.e., lawyers and lawyer-judges) love to eat chickens and they're not going to deal to harshly with the fox who was caught eating the chickens as all foxes like to eat chickens. All lawyers and lawyer-judges love to use the layman (i.e., a non-lawyer) as game pieces in their very private and controlled system of law and give "we the people" lip service that the laws are for everyone and that no one is above the law. There is a book titled: "WOE UNTO YOU, LAWYERS" written by the late Yale Law School Professor Fred Rodell and published in 1939, republished again in 1956. Law Professor Fred Rodell writes a scathing story about "THE LAW" and its practitioners and dealers (i.e., the LAWYER[S]). It is a must read for anyone seeking the truth about the real problem in this world. You can find a copy at almost any law library and some public libraries or buy a copy at book dealers that deal in old out of print books, such as AMAZON.COM, ABE.COM, etc.. Once you read this book, you'll never look at a lawyer or lawyer-judge the same ever again, even if the lawyer or judge is your father, mother, sister, brother, cousin, etc., etc. As Rodell aptly points out, it is the lawyers and lawyer-judges that truly run the world and allow the people to falsely believe that it is the Bankers who are at fault for the ills of this world. Again, this is a must read for those seeking the truth. It is a real eye opener. As to my own case, I have tried to file a criminal complaint against 44 various lawyers and lawyer-judges here in Arizona and it can be seen by clicking the links above. I wrote the 135 page criminal complaint so that the average layman could easily understand what I am talking about. I swore out this criminal complaint and sent my first handwritten copy to three judges on December 27, 2007 while still in prison. It was ignored by the three judges. However, not one of the three judges or any lawyer that I have sent it to has ever said that I was incorrect in my accusations. Their "Silence can only be equated with fraud". See U.S. v. Pruden. They just won't prosecute their own brothers and sisters of the bar. The criminal complaint you see here is my typed copy with now 44 lawyers and judges (originally 36). Yet, no action has taken place with it. If you want to see who I am just look a little further down the page and there I am in my electric wheelchair at the homeless shelter. The picture was taken on my birthday of May 7,2008. I have Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) and I believe that my condition was accelerated due to the high stress of being wrongly convicted and being in prison; the poor quality of food and poor medical service, and 15 years of this is enough to take its tolls on anyone.
As to my criminal complaint, well it is self-explanatory and I have many, many other legal arguments that I may in time put on this web page. Anyone of them should have overturned my criminal case, but once the state of Arizona (as well as all other states) catch you up in their defacto court system then you play hell ever getting them to set you free, especially if you don't have the money to hire a high powered lawyer in their corrupt defactro system. If I live long enough I plan on writing a volumous book (maybe 2-3 thousand pages) detailing the history of law and how "we the people" of this entire planet Earth have been defrauded out of our birthright via fear and outright fraud by those who were entrusted by "we the people" (i.e., the lawyers and lawyer-judges). The information herein is yours to use as you will as long as you quote your source and the author. It is also important for you to understand that I don't have all the answers and may even be wrong in some of my opinions and statements, and if I am, I welcome any and all truth if it is any different than what I presently understand to be the truth of things. Please inform me of the truth, but be prepared to prove it via facts and law. If you have a web page or site please link to mine so that many more people will see some of the truth. Please tell a friend so they in turn can tell a friend or two. One prime example of our corrupt courts is the following. Before my trial in 1994, I submitted a motion to change the standard swearing in oath to read as follows: "Do you swear to tell the partial truth, the half truth, and nothing,. but what this Court says that you can say, so help you God?" The judge asked why he should grant this motion and I said "This Court tampers with the truth, as it tells me what I can and cannot say, what evidence I can and cannot present, and what witnesses I can and cannot call to testify, and therefore I cannot stand up and swear to tell the whole truth because this Court won't let me tell the whole truth." The judge said "you're right, granted". However, the judge would not let me take this fly-in-your-face-joke-of-an-oath in front of the jury because he knew that the jury would see the court for what it really was, a joke system of justice or they'd be looking around for Alan Fund and his Candid Cameras.
